TOUR ONE - Duca D'Evoli Edition

Sunday
Free Airport pick up (Rome, Naples or Pescara).
 Drive to Molise towards Castropignano at Villa ADA where you will be staying. After you are settled in your rooms, aperitivo-meeting for a briefing of the tour period.

Welcome Dinner at 7.30pm

Monday
Visit TORELLA DEL SANNIO, taking a walk through this small village after having breakfast at delicious Pasticceria Dolce Idea.
 Visit of the castle where are paints and drawings of Elena Ciamarra. The day continues with visiting FOSSALTO and then how to make pecorino cheese at Azienda Agricola “Tre Monti” where will have lunch. Cooking Class at 5:30 in Castropignano at Azienda Agricola Ciarmela Angiolina. Home made bread and home made pizza in wood fired hoven.

Tuesday
In the morning we will visit the beautiful town of Termoli . Visit Fish Market at the old port of Termoli and its Cathedral “Santa Maria della Purificazione” where are keeped important mosaics of IX-X century AC. Cooking class and lunch at Recchi restaurant.

Afternoon Visit Cantina D’Uva and Larino including the Roman Amphitheater (I century BC), the Antiquarium and the Cathedral of San Pardo, example of Gotic Architecture in Molise in the historic center.

Dinner at 8.00 pm in Castropignano

Wednesday
Visit the town of Saepinum, built from III Century BC where we’ll discover the Foro, the Basilic and the walls, perfectly conserved.

Lunch in the castle of Cerro al Volturno and visit to monument realized by Famiglia Pandone in the XV Century AC. Visit to San Vincenzo al Volturno, one of the most important Monastery in Europe, build in the VIII century AC.

Thursday
We will visit the olive groves Azienda Agricola il Feudo of Otello and Luciana. Otello will delight us with his know how in the production of an extraordinary extra virgin oil and teach us to recognize it. Oil tasting included.
 Luciana will transmit her cooking knowledge and passion with a cooking class, mise en place, at 11am.

Afternoon visit Castello Monforte, San Leonardo Church, Museo Sannitico and Museo dei Misteri. Then visit to Matrice, Santa Maria della Strada Church (X-XI sec AC, one of the best examples of Romanesque architecture in Molise.

Dinner at 7.30pm.

Friday
Visit to Pietraboddante (Theatre and Samnities Temple, III-I century B.C.)

Visit to Agnone, Fonderie Marinelli and Bells Museum, San Emidio Church (XIII century AC).

Caseificio di Nucci, mozzarella and caciovallo guided tasting.

Dinner & Night with live music in Castropignano

Saturday
Drive back to airport, If you can’t stay more.

TOUR TWO - Samnium Edition

Sunday

Monday
After breakfast a short drive to Campobasso and visit the Castel of Monforte, Misteri museum and Museo Sannitico. 
A walk through the city of Campobasso where we can enjoy the small shops at the center and a delicious ice cream .
Lunch at L’olmicello in Oratino; Oratino is one of the beautiful Italian villages , famous for his artists and the stone carving. 
Free afernoon.

Tuesday
Visit to Tremiti Island, a jewel in the Adriatic Sea just one hour from Termoli Port.

Wednesday

Visit to Pietracupa “Le Morge “, medieval rural house excavated in the stone; visit to the Historic Center and two cave churches.

Visit to Historical center of Trivento, the ord Roman Tereventum funded in the I century BC. Visit of the Cathedral’s underground and crypt od San Casto, builed over the Roman’s remains.

Lunch in the historic center of Trivento and then visit to Santa Maria del Canneto (Roccavivara) builded over a Roman Villa where we can admire mosaics decorations. Castropignano, Dinner and live Music.

Drive back to airport

TOUR THREE - Molis'è edition

Sunday
Arrive at Campobasso Train Station

Drop off Villa d'Evoli in Castropignano. After you are settled in your rooms, aperitivo-meeting for a briefing of the tour period.

Welcome dinner

Monday
Breakfast and route to Isernia. We’ll visit the Paleolithic museum, one of the ancient prehistoric sites in Europe (750.000 years ago)

Visit of Isernia Cathedral, the remains of the Capitolium (III century BC) and Fraterna Fountain, symble of the city.

Lunchint Vastogirardi and visit to Samnities Tempio and historic medieval center and Giardini della flora appenninica.

Visit to Capracotta, one of the highest village in Appenninni (1400 m slm), and visit of garden museum of Apennine flora

Route back to Castropignano

Thuesday
Breakfast and morning in Castropignano visiting Castello D’Evoli and Santa Maria delle Grazie church.

Lunch and cooking school at Azienda Agricola Ciarmela Angiolina, Home made bread in fired wood hoven and pizzas.

Wednesday
Breakfast and cooking school

Visit to Frosolone: museo dei ferri taglienti (cutting tools museum) and historic center with guided taste of local products.

Afternoon at Civita di Boiano (Mediaval Castel) and then visit to Castelpetroso sanctuary.

Dinner in Castropignano.

Thursday
Morning visit to Cantine d’uva and guided wine tasting.

Then Termoli, Sea food lunch and cooking school, visit of the Norman Castle and historic center. Free afternoon in the city of Termoli.
